The breakfast food including coffee and fruit was excellent. The location was ideal and handy, really close to Jack London Square and Bart and downtown as well as San Francisco, Monterey to the South and the wine country to the North. It also was hard to find due to current roadworks.

The staff we met were bad.

The restaurant was fantastic for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. A microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. Residential location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. The staff members were knowledgeable and respectful.

Location so close to Oakland International Airport, the Oakland and restaurant. Huge and perfectly clean rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe, etc.

The room is silent, new-fashioned and has bay views. It has an easy and perfectly comfortable location close to San Francisco. It offers good services. The staff are extremely helpful and really helpful and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location was beautiful, the staff was competent. The rooms were huge and spotless in general, with jacuzzi.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I appreciated big and silent rooms with a jacuzzi tub and the tub, as example, and really friendly staff. The atmosphere created was special. The location of the hotel was amazing and fantastic - just a short stroll away from St Anthony's Church.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the bay and the Coast Guard Island. It was so peaceful to see the ducks swimming in the lagoon nearby. The location was also fantastic, with close proximity to the marina and Oakland airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices.

The staff here were efficient and knowledgeable, and the queen room we booked was really attractive.

Got silent and terrific large queen room with nice sofa bed as expected, loved it. A safe box, multi-channel television and a microwave were appreciated. The accommodation had a riverside location to the ferry service port.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating & competent.

Above average and awesome breakfast with pastries, bacon and toast, and with a special atmosphere.
